Until that monkey uses reins on that dog to steer him and successfully corals the sheep to where they're supposed to be, it's just another metaphor for Bush, the government, and the public.

Did that make sense? I'm hopped up (or is it laid up) on methadone right now...(and no I'm not a junkie trying to quit...just a kid trying some junk).
