hey guys its getting cold here and i was going to sell my business but i was thinking i could just put it online and take orders.. that way my kids can use it to pay for colledge... but i have like no web page skills .. any one got some free time to design me a page?

well the one i am thinking of is my kettle Corn buisness,Winter is very hard to pop as it is done out doors and i freeze my hind end off!!. I am still trying to figure out how to handle the shipping.. Best i can think of is to put a link to the parcel service so peeps can type in there zip code.
To be totaly honest i have no clue how to build this.
Ive been getting testing done on different packaging to maintain shelf life for shipping.. now i gotta figure out how to get orders so i can work in my wharehouse.
And yes i have msn screen name is aluckyshot of course =))
what i need is a web master who will build it from top to bottom..and work cheap =)..

I can't help you in making a website but I was still wondering how you would handle the shipping of the popcorn with out losing that taste? Like I know I love my popcorn freshly popped. So how would you handle that, since Im sure im in the majority in that. Also have you thought of just sending out instead the popcorn unpoped with everything they need on them already done? Like have the flavoring already mixed in etc. Thats just a idea since I don't know the way you make your popcorn or if its even possible to do it that way. One last final question for you als How are you going to advertise it? Like I would never ever think of looking popcorn up on google or some search engine. But I do have advise for you on that Why not get printed out bags with a little message that says you sell popcorn through the web. I have other stupid ideas like that one if you need them just ask. I will try my best to help

well.. for one thing they made me under go testing on freshness basically its depends on how thick the bag is and how air tight..
and no you cant sell seeds the way kettle corn is made right to taste the way it does is you have to bring it to 800 degrees in 3 minutes not very many stoves will do that.
I cook with 100 thousand BTU burners..And the trick to making it is in the cooking prosess so i dont think selling the seeds would work.. Orvil Redinbacker came out with a microwave kind that is simply gross.
Right now i pop and sell it fresh at fairs and events. But i dont see why it cant be ordered
My idea is to just register it with the search engines.. this is basically just starting, so any ideas you guys have to advertise it would be a great help.
