Radio station sued after listeners tattoo logo on their foreheads Two men are suing a US radio station for not giving them money when they tattooed its logo on their foreheads.
Richard Goddard Jr and David Winkleman are seeking damages for breach of contract, fraud and negligence.
They say the radio station offered money, concert tickets and backstage passes as rewards to people who had the tattoos.
But they claim the offer was a practical joke aimed at ridiculing those who got the tattoos for being greedy and stupid.
The lawsuit names DJ Benjamin Stomberg and Cumulus Broadcasting, the parent company of 93.5 KORB. But Cumulus's lawyer Craig Levien says the company will challenging it.
As well as not receiving $30,000 (about 22,000) a year for five years as promised, Mr Winkleman says he was sacked from his job. Both claim they're unable to get work because of the tattoos.
The Quad City Times says Alicia Gieck, the lawyer for Mr Goddard and Mr Winkleman, declined to comment.
