Errr yeah just wondering what was with a few terriers gettings Level 1 bombs the other night. Unannounced change, someone screw up?

I asked about it in the zone but was stonewalled as usual.

For a few months a long time ago, terriers had L1 Bombs, non emp.

Ask KKF, i think it was, he got Level 1 Bombs last privs night. Somone else did as well i can't remember who. And yes, they were level 1 non-emp.
