If it was your name on the UBB ForumHQ message boards, talk to mackieman. If it's from the SSC zones in Subspace, then you need to email priitk. Priitk will need to see you in subspace if your nick was taken in subspace. An email or an icq msg to him won't get your nick back. He has to talk to you in subspace because he has to get proof like ip's, machine id's, etc... So if it's your nick, then goto SSCU Trench Wars as that is usually where he is and talk to him about it.
