Yes yes you heard it!
Slyth has been made a sla... err new Mod today, Congrats!!
He has earned it for his hard and good work he has done so far, and hopefully he will continue with that. Everyone feel free now to ask him for hosting events, feeding your pet or to make your homework.

Thirty-two people voted in the lag rocket poll, showing that most people didn't really seem too enthused about lag rockets. Detailed results:

They r0x0red my b0x0rs: 1 (3%)
They were ok...: 8 (25%)
Lag rockets? Where?: 4 (12%)
They weren't very good...: 4 (12%)
OMG they were lamer than freq hopping!: 15 (46%)

The league preference also showed interesting results, showing that SWZFL is growing in popularity and has almost caught up with SWZL. 17 people said they prefer SWZFL, with 19 siding with SWZL. A whopping ONE person prefers SWZT! w00t!

With neuting legal for the next two weeks, we're asking for your input on how it affects the zone. Head on over to the voting booth and vote, then send us a comment directly from the voting booth.

SWZ will be hosting a Privs 10 MILL game on Friday, January 24'th. Bring your squaddies to the game and expect a challenge. The game will be held Friday night EST time. Expect 6-10pm EST, but a final time will be announced later. Be sure to let your squaddies know, for the glory and pleasure of crushing the other weakling squads like the inferior gelatinous miscreants they are!

 Problems entering SWZL

Thanks to yarekim, we know what the problem was with those of you who could enter SWZ but not SWZL. In your Continuum client, select, "View" from the menu bar, go to the options menu. Select the, "Other" tab and deselect, "Use Optional Level Graphics And Sound." This should solve any problems you may have. I'll post this in the zone news.txt as well.

There are two new polls up in the voting booth, 'preferred league' and 'opinion on lag rockets.' Here are the results of last weeks poll:
